Done-for-you bookkeeping

Clear, consistent bookkeeping for your business.

Stop guessing your numbers. Send us your monthly business statements and we’ll maintain your books, track income and expenses, and provide a clean Profit & Loss (P&L) for your business.

  • Monthly income & expense tracking based on your bank and credit card statements.
  • Monthly and annual P&L statements so you always know where your business stands.
  • Pricing that starts at a base level and adjusts only if your business is more complex.

*Final pricing is confirmed after we review your statements and business complexity.

How our bookkeeping service works

We keep the process simple: you provide monthly statements, we handle the bookkeeping, and you receive clear financial reports.

  • 1
    Initial review & pricing confirmation

You share sample bank and credit card statements. We review complexity, transaction volume, and the way you use your accounts (including debit/check cards). Based on that, we propose a setup fee and yearly bookkeeping fee. Pricing is not final until both sides confirm.

  • 2
    One-time setup of your books

We set up your chart of accounts, understand your business operations, organize income and expense categories, and review prior-year data as needed. If applicable, we identify and list business assets so they can be properly depreciated.

  • 3
    Ongoing monthly bookkeeping

Each month you provide your business bank statement and up to two credit card statements. We use that data to categorize income and expenses, reconcile activity, and keep your books up to date.

  • 4
    P&L statements for your business

We generate monthly and annual Profit & Loss (P&L) reports. These statements help with tax filing, loan applications, lease renewals, and general business planning.

What we need from you each month
Business bank statement: All pages, full month
Credit card statements: Up to 2 business cards (if used)
Notes (optional): Any unusual or one-time transactions
How pricing is determined

Pricing is based on the complexity of your business, including:

  • Number of accounts and credit cards
  • Average monthly transaction volume
  • Use of business debit/check cards for purchases
  • Any special reporting or additional needs

Pricing details

All prices start at a base level and may increase depending on the complexity of your business. Final pricing is always confirmed in writing before we begin.

One-time setup fee

Starting at $300 (one-time)

This covers our time to understand your operations, review your financial activity, set up your chart of accounts, and configure your bookkeeping system. For more complex businesses, the setup fee will be higher, but always discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Annual bookkeeping fee

Starting at $1,200 per year

The annual fee covers monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation based on your statements, plus monthly and year-end P&L reports. If you have a higher volume of transactions or multiple accounts, your annual fee may be higher.

Optional add-ons

For businesses that use their business debit/check card heavily for purchases, there may be an additional monthly charge due to the increased transaction volume.

Exact add-on pricing will be discussed during the review and confirmed before we start.

Is the price final when I first call you?
No. The pricing starts at a base level, but it is not final until we review your documents. After we look at your statements and understand your business, we will confirm the final setup fee and yearly fee. Work begins only after you approve.
What happens if my business grows or changes?
If your business becomes more complex (more accounts, more locations, more transactions), we may need to adjust the fee. Any changes will always be discussed with you first, and no changes are made without your agreement.
Will this help with tax time?
Yes. Accurate monthly bookkeeping and a clear year-end P&L make tax filing much easier. Your tax preparer (including our firm, if we file for you) can use the reports we generate as the basis for preparing your business tax returns.
Do you handle cash transactions?
If your business has cash sales or cash expenses, we can incorporate them as long as you provide records or summaries. We will discuss how you currently track cash during the initial review.
