TN POS Access (the “App”) is developed and owned by D&J Group LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Purpose of the App

The App is provided exclusively for customers who maintain an active POS service agreement with D&J Group LLC (“Authorized Users”). This App allows authorized customers to securely access their assigned POS web portal using a QR code. It is not available for public use. If your business no longer maintains a POS contract with D&J Group LLC, you must immediately delete the App and discontinue use.

3. Information We Collect

The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users. No names, email addresses, device identifiers, or tracking data are collected. The App does not use analytics tools, cookies, or advertising identifiers.

4. Permissions

The App may request the following limited device permissions:

• Camera Access – to scan QR codes that contain secure portal links.
• Storage Access (optional) – to allow scanning a saved QR image stored on your device.

These permissions are used solely to enable app functionality and not for tracking or analytics purposes.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

The App does not share, sell, or transmit any user data to third parties. All content loaded through the App is provided directly by D&J Group LLC’s secure servers and remains private to the customer.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to ensure that the App and its communications are secure. However, users are responsible for safeguarding their device, network connection, and access credentials.

7. Acceptable Use

By using this App, you agree to:

• Use it only for lawful business purposes under your POS agreement.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or copy the App or its contents.
• Not use the App for any illegal activity, hacking, or data extraction.
• Immediately uninstall the App if your contract with D&J Group LLC ends.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. D&J Group LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or accuracy of the App.

By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Use of the App is at your own risk.
• D&J Group LLC is not responsible for any data loss, system damage, or unauthorized access resulting from your device or connection.
• D&J Group LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this App.

9. Termination of Use

D&J Group LLC reserves the right to terminate or restrict App access for any user who violates these terms or whose POS contract has expired or been terminated.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and will take effect immediately upon posting.
