Before your first visit
First time here?
Nothing to prepare and nothing to bring. If you are coming out of a set done somewhere else, leave it on — we would much rather soak it off properly than have you pick at it on the way in.
- Running late
- Call us. Ten minutes we can usually absorb; much past that and we may have to shorten the service to protect the appointment after yours.
- Allergies
- Tell us when you book. We keep a HEMA-free gel system on the bench for anyone who has reacted to gel before.
- Children
- Welcome from around eight years old. Please book them their own slot rather than sharing yours — two pairs of hands need two chairs.
- Accessibility
- Step-free from the street, lift to the second floor, and one station with a movable chair. Say the word when booking and we will hold it.
- Gift cards
- Any amount, at the desk or over the phone. They do not expire.
- Parking
- Metered on N Highland Street. The garage on 11th Street North validates for two hours at the desk.
