Honestly: two to three weeks for most guests. Hands that garden, swim or wash dishes bare will sit at the shorter end; careful typists at the longer. Builder gel underneath tends to stretch the wear, and a drop of oil most evenings helps more than anything we sell.

Yes, gladly and gently. Sets from elsewhere are wrapped and soaked off — never pried — which takes a little longer, so we price that removal separately on the menu above. Your natural nail leaves in better shape than it arrived.

Guests under 12 are welcome for a kids’ manicure with an adult alongside for the whole visit. It’s a gentle tidy and polish — no gel, no drills, just a first taste of being looked after.

Card, tap and cash are all accepted at the desk. If your plans change, 24 hours’ notice is appreciated so the chair can go to another guest — a quick call or email is all it takes.
