The small print
How payment and cancellations work.
When do I pay?
At the end, in the chair. Card, phone or cash. No deposit is taken to book, and nothing is charged in advance.
What if I need to cancel?
Any time up to four hours before, at no cost — call or reply to your confirmation text. Inside four hours we ask for half the service price, because that chair usually cannot be refilled.
Are the prices per hand or per set?
Per set of ten, unless the line says "per nail". Add-ons priced per nail are the only exception, and they are labelled.
Do you charge more for long nails?
Yes, over a certain length — it takes materially more product and time. The extra-long add-on covers it, and you will be told before we start, not at the till.
Do you take tips?
Gratefully, never expectantly. There is a prompt on the card machine and it is easy to skip.
What if I am unhappy with the set?
Tell us in the chair, or come back within seven days. We will fix it, and we will not argue about it.
