Each one below lists what is included and how long to set aside. If your nails need something different once we are looking at them, we say so before we start — with the price attached.
01 · Manicures
Shaped to the nail you have.
Dry prep rather than a soak, so the plate is not waterlogged when product goes on. Cuticle work happens under a lamp, which is the whole difference between tidy and nicked.

02 · Pedicures
Pipe-free tubs, real callus work.
Our tubs have no jets and no pipework, so there is nothing to harbour what jets harbour. Each is lined fresh and the liner goes in the bin in front of you.

03 · Gel & builder
Built where the stress is.
A builder overlay is for nails that split, peel or bend. It is not a thicker coat of polish — it is a structured layer with an apex somewhere useful and a free edge that is capped and sealed.

04 · Extensions
Length you can still live with.
Soft-gel tips or sculpted forms, depending on your nail bed. We will talk you out of a length that will snap in week one — and we will say so before you are sitting there with ten of them on.

05 · Nail art
Bring a screenshot. Genuinely.
Freehand line work, chrome, cateye, ombré and French in any colour on the wall. Show us the picture you saved and we will tell you what it costs and how long it adds before we pick up a brush.

06 · Hand & foot care
The small jobs, done while you are in.
Repairs, paraffin, callus treatment and a brow or lip tidy. Most of these are add-ons to an appointment you already have, which is usually cheaper than booking them on their own.

Before you book
The seven things people ask.
How long does gel actually last?
Two to three weeks on most people before the regrowth line starts to show. If a set is lifting inside seven days, bring it back — that is on us, and we will redo it.
Can I bring a picture?
Please do. It is much faster than describing a colour, and it means we can tell you the price and the extra time up front rather than halfway through.
Do you take walk-ins?
After 2pm, when a chair is free. Before that the diary is usually full. Calling ahead takes ten seconds and saves you the trip.
What if I am running late?
Call us. Up to ten minutes we will usually still fit you in. Past that we may have to shorten the service to protect the appointment after yours.
I have a reaction to some gels. Can you help?
Yes — say so when you book and we will use a HEMA-free system. Tell us what reacted before, if you know, and we will avoid that family entirely.
Can I bring my own polish?
For a regular polish, yes. For gel, no — we can only guarantee a set applied with a system we know, and mixing brands mid-set is how lifting starts.
Do you do children's manicures?
Yes, for ages five and up, with regular polish rather than gel. It is a shorter appointment and priced accordingly.
