Prices are per appointment and include removal of our own work. Removing gel or acrylic applied elsewhere is $20 and takes a little longer — tell us when you book so we can hold the time.

The small print
How the room runs

One guest per artist
We do not sit you under a lamp and start someone else. If your appointment runs long, it runs long — that is the trade, and it is the reason the studio is only four chairs.

Twenty-four hours
Cancel or move an appointment with a day’s notice and there is no charge. Inside a day we ask for half, because the hour cannot be filled that late.

Seven days on us
If something lifts, chips or catches within a week of the appointment, come back and we will put it right at no cost. Tell us early rather than living with it.

Quiet is the house style
No television, no radio playing over itself. If you want to talk, we will talk; if you want to sit in the dark for an hour and say nothing, that is the more common choice.
