Everything we offer, what it costs, and how long to set aside for it. Times are the appointment length, not an estimate — we book the whole slot, so nothing gets rushed at the end.
Prices are per person and include tax. We take cards, tap and cash; gratuity is never automatic. Under-12s are welcome for polish and express services with an adult present.

How far ahead should I book?
A week for weekday slots, two to three for a Saturday. Same-week openings usually appear on Tuesday morning when the previous week's rebookings settle. Cancellations go out on Instagram first.
Do you take walk-ins?
After 2pm, when a chair is free. Call ahead rather than making the trip — we would rather tell you honestly that we are full than have you wait forty minutes.
What is builder gel, and is it the same as acrylic?
No. Builder gel is a thicker gel applied over your own nail to add strength without adding length. It cures under a lamp, files softer than acrylic, and is usually the better answer if your nails split or peel but you are not after extensions.
Can I bring a reference photo?
Please do. It is the fastest way to be sure we mean the same thing by "milky" or "short almond". If the design will not work at your current length we will say so before we start, and suggest the nearest thing that will.
Do you have HEMA-free products?
Yes, on request, at a small surcharge. Tell us when you book so the right system is set out at your station. If you have reacted to gel anywhere before, mention it — it changes what we use for prep as well as for colour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Twenty-four hours' notice, and no charge. Inside that we ask for half the service price, because the slot is very hard to refill on the day. Illness is always an exception; just tell us.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, in any amount, in the salon or over the phone. They do not expire and can be spent on services or retail.
