Last booking is an hour before close, because we do not start work we cannot finish properly. Walk-ins after 2pm when a chair is free.

Getting here
Larkspur Lane,
behind the bakery.
The shopfront is easy to miss from the road — look for the green door between the bakery and the framer's, then take the stairs to Suite 3.
Parking
Free lot behind the building, entered from Larkspur Lane rather than the main road. Two hours, no permit needed. Street parking on Church Street is metered until 6pm.
By transit
Vienna Metro is a fifteen-minute bus ride; the stop at Church & Mill is a three-minute walk. The trail crosses two streets north if you are coming by bike — there is a rack by the bakery.
Access
The Larkspur Lane door is level with the lot and 34 inches wide. Suite 3 is up one flight, so we keep two ground-floor stations in the front room for anyone who would rather not take the stairs — ask when you book and we will hold one. The ground-floor bathroom is step-free.

The small print
Booking policies
Cancellations and changes
Twenty-four hours' notice and there is no charge — call us, or email and we will move it for you. Inside twenty-four hours we ask for half the service price, because the slot is very hard to refill on the day. If you are ill, tell us and we will waive it.
Running late
Call and we will do what we can. Past fifteen minutes we may have to shorten the service to protect the appointment after yours, and past twenty-five we will usually need to rebook you.
Deposits
A deposit is taken for full sets over ninety minutes, for packages, and for groups of three or more. It comes straight off the final bill.
Children
Under-12s are welcome for polish and express services with an adult present. We do not apply gel or extensions to children's nails.
Pregnancy and sensitivities
Tell us when you book. We will set out unscented products, seat you by the extraction, and skip anything you would rather avoid. There is no charge for any of that.
Payment and gratuity
Cards, tap and cash. Gratuity is never added automatically and is never expected — the price on the list is the price.
